Hi, I’m Courtney Miller.

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and families who are navigating challenges related to low self-esteem, confidence, trauma-related concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. I support patients by teaching positive coping skills and help my clients integrate these skills into their daily lives, with an emphasis on recognizing strengths rather than focusing on weaknesses.

I incorporate play therapy and creative art interventions to help children and adolescents express their experiences, tell their stories, and process emotions in a developmentally appropriate and engaging way. I also enjoy teaching positive communication skills to children, adolescents, and families to help reduce tension, improve understanding, and strengthen family dynamics within the home.
